See ticketsVilla Park has been Aston Villa's home since 1897, making it one of the oldest grounds in England's top flight. Located in Aston, north of Birmingham city centre, it hosted games at the 1966 World Cup and Euro 1996, as well as many FA Cup semi-finals.
The stadium has four stands: the Holte End, a huge stand behind the goal where Villa's most vocal fans gather, the Trinity Road Stand, the main stand with the VIP areas, the Doug Ellis Stand opposite, and the North Stand behind the other goal. With around 42,600 seats, the atmosphere is dense and loud, especially on European nights.
The club plans to modernise and expand Villa Park, starting with the North Stand, to welcome more fans. Since the Villans' return to the top of the table and to European competition, tickets are increasingly sought after.
Each stand offers a different experience. Here is what you need to know.
Villa Park's iconic stand, over two tiers behind the south goal. The heart of Villa's support and the best spot for atmosphere.
The main stand, over three tiers, with the dugouts, the directors' box and most of the hospitality areas.
Side stand opposite the Trinity Road Stand, named after the club's former chairman. Away fans are seated in its corner next to the North Stand.
Behind the north goal, over two tiers. Quieter than the Holte End and often a little cheaper.
Hover over the plan to find each area. Prices by stand are shown on each match page.
Witton station (Cross-City line from Birmingham New Street): about a 5-minute walk from the stadium, the most practical option.
Aston station: about a 15-minute walk, often less busy after the match.
Buses from Birmingham city centre: several routes serve Witton and Aston in 20 to 30 minutes on match days.
