See ticketsMonza play at the U-Power Stadium, formerly the Stadio Brianteo, opened in 1988 in the north of the city, a few kilometres from the famous Formula 1 circuit. The stadium was upgraded when the club reached Serie A in 2022, with new boxes and hospitality areas.
With around 15,000 seats, it is one of the smallest grounds in Serie A, which guarantees a good view from everywhere. The Tribuna Ovest, on the main side, holds the central seats, the Autorità stand and the Onore area. Opposite, the Tribuna Est rises over several levels. The Biancorossi fans gather in the Curva Sud, while the Curva Nord hosts the away section.
The atmosphere is friendly and family-oriented, and tickets are easier to find than at Italy's big stadiums, even for games against Inter, Milan or Juventus. Milan is only around 20 minutes away by train.
Each stand offers a different experience. Here is what you need to know.
Tribuna Ovest
The main stand, with the central seats, the Autorità stand and the Onore area. The best view in the stadium.
Tribuna Est
The opposite side stand, over several levels (blocks E101 to E214). A pleasant overall view at a reasonable price.
Curva Sud
The Monza fans' end, where the atmosphere is liveliest. Among the cheapest tickets.
Curva Nord
The opposite end, which hosts the away fans' section.
Train from Milan to Monza station: about 15 minutes from Milano Centrale or Porta Garibaldi.
City buses and match-day shuttles between Monza station and the stadium, in the north of the city.
By car: quick access via the ring road and the Valassina, with parking around the stadium.
Monza have a regional rivalry with Como, their Lombardy neighbours, and games against Inter and Milan, 20 kilometres away, feel like derbies. Fixtures against Juventus and Napoli also sell out.
Monza have won four Serie C Coppa Italia titles and the Anglo-Italian Cup in 1976. Their greatest achievement remains promotion to Serie A in 2022, the first in their 110-year history. The club plays Serie A (19 home games) and the Coppa Italia.
Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani, former AC Milan leaders, bought the club in 2018 and took it to Serie A. Pierluigi Casiraghi, a product of the academy, and Patrizio Billio wore the red and white shirt, as did Matteo Pessina and Carlos Augusto more recently.
Associazione Calcio Monza was founded in 1912 in the capital of Brianza, north of Milan. Its red and white colours are those of the city. For decades, the club bounced between Serie B and Serie C, coming close to promotion to the top flight several times in the 1970s.
Known for its academy, Monza produced future internationals and became a talent pool for the big Lombardy clubs. After bankruptcies and refoundations in the 2000s, the club started again from the lower divisions.
The takeover by Fininvest, Silvio Berlusconi's holding company, in 2018 changed everything: promotion to Serie B in 2020, then to Serie A in 2022 after a play-off against Pisa. The club settled in the top flight and brought Serie A to all of Brianza.

Monza is one of the most affordable clubs in Serie A, except against Inter, Milan or Juventus. Right now, tickets start at €20. The ends are the cheapest seats, the central Tribuna Ovest the most expensive.
Yes, as everywhere in Italy: each ticket is in the spectator's name and ID may be requested. Buy from the resellers we compare rather than on social media: they are chosen for their reliability and guarantee their tickets, with a refund or solution if something goes wrong.
From Milan, take the train to Monza station (about 15 minutes from Milano Centrale or Porta Garibaldi), then a shuttle or city bus to the stadium, in the north of the city. By car, the stadium is near the ring-road exit, with parking on site.
Yes, the Tribuna Ovest hosts the Autorità and Onore areas, boxes and hospitality packages. When our partners sell them, they appear on the match map.
