See ticketsAtalanta play at the Gewiss Stadium, formerly the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia, in the heart of Bergamo. Opened in 1928, it was fully rebuilt stand by stand between 2019 and 2024 to become one of Italy's most modern grounds, with stands right on top of the pitch.
The stadium holds around 24,000 seats, with no athletics track: you are close to the players. The Curva Nord Pisani hosts the ultras of La Dea, facing the Curva Sud Morosini. The Tribuna Rinascimento and Tribuna Autorità, on the sides, offer the best views, with boxes and pitch-side "Pitch View" seats.
Small stadium, big atmosphere: on Champions League or Europa League nights, Bergamo buzzes in black and blue. Seats go fast, especially for games against Inter, Juventus or Milan.
Each stand offers a different experience. Here is what you need to know.
Tribuna Autorità
The main stand, with the VIP box, pitch-side Pitch View seats and hospitality areas. The most comfortable view.
Tribuna Rinascimento
The opposite side stand, on two levels. Its central seats offer an excellent overall view, often at a gentler price.
Curva Nord Pisani
The Atalanta ultras' end, named after Federico Pisani. Songs and flags throughout the match.
Curva Sud Morosini
The opposite end, fully rebuilt, which also hosts the away section. Among the most affordable seats.
On foot: about 20 minutes from Bergamo station, through the city centre.
ATB city buses: several routes serve the stadium area from the station and Porta Nuova.
From Orio al Serio airport: direct bus to the station (about 15 minutes), then on foot or by bus to the stadium.
The Lombardy derby against Brescia is Atalanta's historic rivalry, but in Serie A it is the games against Inter, Milan and Juventus that fill the stadium. Battles with Napoli and Roma for European places are also closely followed.
Atalanta won the 2024 Europa League by beating Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 in the final, their first European trophy. They also won the Coppa Italia in 1963. They play Serie A every season (19 home games) and regularly take part in European competition.
Gian Piero Gasperini, coach from 2016 to 2025, turned La Dea into one of Europe's most exciting teams. Glenn Strömberg, Cristiano Doni, Alejandro "Papu" Gómez, Josip Iličić and Ademola Lookman, hero of the Dublin final, all made club history.
Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio was founded in 1907 by students in Bergamo, who named it after a heroine of Greek mythology. Hence its nickname, La Dea (the goddess). Its black and blue colours come from the merger with the Bergamasca club in 1920.
For a long time a yo-yo club between Serie A and Serie B, Atalanta is famous for its academy, one of the best in Italy, which produced players such as Gaetano Scirea, Roberto Donadoni and Riccardo Montolivo. In 1988, they reached the Cup Winners' Cup semi-finals while playing in Serie B.
Everything changed from 2016 with Gian Piero Gasperini: regular Champions League qualification, a quarter-final in 2020, then the 2024 Europa League triumph. The club, owned by the Percassi family, rebuilt its stadium and turned Bergamo into a stronghold of European football.
La Dea's next home game: Atalanta - Parma on Monday, 2 November 2026 at 20:45. Tickets from €45 on our comparison.
See tickets →Open the match page, then click a stand on the Gewiss Stadium map. We compare prices from several resellers: pick the offer that suits you and pay directly on the reseller's site, securely.
As the stadium is small, prices rise quickly for games against Inter, Milan or Juventus. Right now, tickets start at €29. The ends are the cheapest seats, the central side stands and Pitch View seats the most expensive.
Yes. In Italy, tickets are in the holder's name and ID may be requested at the gate. Season-ticket holders get priority for big games. To avoid social media scams, use the resellers we compare: they are selected for their reliability and guarantee their tickets, with a refund or solution if something goes wrong.
The stadium is about a 20-minute walk from Bergamo station. ATB city buses also link the centre to the stadium. From Bergamo-Orio al Serio airport, allow about 15 minutes by bus to the station.
Yes: boxes, pitch-side Pitch View seats and hospitality areas in the Tribuna Autorità and Tribuna Rinascimento. When our partners offer them, they appear on the match map.
They are usually electronic, in each spectator's name, and sent a few days before the match. Keep your ID with you.
