See ticketsEl Sadar is one of the most intense grounds in Spain. Opened in 1967 in the south of Pamplona, it was completely rebuilt between 2019 and 2021: an upper tier was added on three sides, and the very steep stands now wrap the pitch like a cauldron of over 23,000 seats.
The two sidelines hold most of the seats sold by our partners. The first three tiers, closest to the pitch, are Category 1 Premium; the upper tier (blocks 400s) is Category 1, with a sweeping view from above. Behind the goals are blocks 104 to 106 and 113 to 115 and the tiers above them, the heart of the Rojillos support.
Visits from Real Madrid and Barça are the most expensive games in Pamplona. The Basque-Navarre derbies against Athletic Bilbao and Real Sociedad are also eagerly awaited.
Each stand offers a different experience. Here is what you need to know.
Calle El Sadar
The sideline at the top of the map. Blocks 108 to 111, 208 to 211 and 308 to 311 are Category 1 Premium; the upper tier (408 to 411) is Category 1.
Calle Eladio Cilveti
The opposite sideline. Blocks 101, 102, 117, 118, 301, 302, 317 and 318 are Category 1 Premium; at the top, blocks 401, 402, 417 and 418 are Category 1.
Calle Ana Velasco
Behind the goal, on the left of the map: blocks 104 to 106, then 204 to 206, 304 to 306 and 404 to 406 going up. A supporters' stand, rarely offered by our partners.
Calle Fermín Ezcurra
Behind the other goal: blocks 113 to 115, then 213 to 215, 313 to 315 and 413 to 415. The corners (103, 107, 112, 116 and the tiers above) belong to the sidelines.
On foot: about 25 to 30 minutes from Pamplona's old town, two kilometres to the north.
City buses ("villavesas"): several lines serve the stadium area.
On match days, the streets around the stadium are packed: arrive early to enjoy the atmosphere.
Named stadium of the year after its rebuild, El Sadar is famous for its noise: the stands right next to the pitch make every match a test for visiting teams.
In 2007, Osasuna reached the UEFA Cup semi-finals and were knocked out only by Sevilla, the eventual winners. The club's finest European campaign.
Osasuna have played two Copa del Rey finals, in 2005 against Betis and in 2023 against Real Madrid. Patxi Puñal, the player with the most appearances in the red shirt, remains the club's icon.
Club Atlético Osasuna was founded in 1920 in Pamplona. Its name means "health" or "strength" in Basque, and its players are nicknamed the "Rojillos" for their red shirts.
After decades at the old San Juan ground, the club moved to El Sadar in 1967. It became a LaLiga mainstay, reaching a European semi-final in 2007.
Rebuilt between 2019 and 2021, El Sadar now offers one of the most intense atmospheres in Spain, for a club still owned by its members.

See tickets →Yes: since its rebuild, El Sadar has been one of the loudest stadiums in Spain. The very steep stands close to the pitch mean you hear everything, even from the upper tier.
Real Madrid, Barça and Atlético push prices up, while other matches stay more affordable. Right now, tickets start from €39 on our site. The upper tier (Category 1) is usually cheaper than the front rows.
The stadium is about two kilometres south of Pamplona's centre: allow 25 to 30 minutes on foot from the old town. Several lines of the "villavesas", the city buses, serve the area.
For the best view, choose the centre of a sideline in the lower tiers (blocks 109, 110, 209, 210 or 101, 118), in Category 1 Premium. The upper tier (409, 410, 401, 418) gives a sweeping view of the whole pitch.
