See ticketsThe Estádio José Alvalade has been Sporting's home since 2003. Over 52,000 seats, brightly coloured façades and a roof covering the whole crowd: built for Euro 2004, it also hosted the 2005 UEFA Cup final.
The stadium has two tiers. Downstairs (A blocks), the centre of the sidelines is Category 1 Platinum and the sides Gold, with Category 2 behind the goals. Upstairs (B blocks), the centre of the sidelines is Silver, the sides Category 1 and the ends behind the goals Category 3, often the cheapest seats.
The Lisbon derby against Benfica and the clássico against FC Porto are the most awaited games at Alvalade. Champions League nights are also in high demand.
Each stand offers a different experience. Here is what you need to know.
The sideline at the top of the map. Downstairs, A26 to A28 are Category 1 Platinum and A20 to A25 Gold; upstairs, B30 to B32 are Silver and B24 to B29 Category 1.
