See ticketsThe Estádio da Luz is Portugal's biggest stadium: over 68,000 seats under a wave-shaped roof, opened in 2003 in the north of Lisbon. It hosted the Euro 2004 final and two Champions League finals, in 2014 and 2020.
The stadium has three levels all around the pitch. The sidelines, East Stand (top of the map) and West Stand (bottom), hold the best seats: Category 1 Platinum and Gold closest to the grass, Silver and Category 1 in the upper tier. Behind the goals, the North and South Stands are Category 2 below and Category 3 above.
Before every match, the eagle Vitória flies around the stadium before landing on the crest: a ritual not to be missed. The clássicos against FC Porto and the Lisbon derby against Sporting are the most sought-after tickets of the season.
Each stand offers a different experience. Here is what you need to know.
The sideline at the top of the map. On the first level, blocks 14 to 20 are Category 1 Platinum and the corners Gold; in the upper tier, blocks 22 to 24 are Silver and their neighbours Category 1.
The stand opposite, with the presidential stand (TP). Blocks 30 to 32 and 01 to 04 (Category 1 Platinum) are closest to the halfway line; at the top, blocks 44, 01 and 02 are Silver.
Behind the goal, on the left of the map. The first two levels (blocks 22 to 28, then 28 to 38) are Category 2; the upper tier is Category 3, among the cheapest seats.
Behind the other goal. Blocks 06 to 12 below and 06 to 16 on the second level are Category 2; the upper tier (07 to 17) is Category 3.
